Benefits of partnering with Davallia PS P&C

The Davallia Primary School community is a thriving and expanding community. Currently, we have approximately 560 enrolled students. If your business or organisation's target market consists of local families, sponsoring Davallia PS P&C is an excellent way to connect with our school community and convey your messages.

Our school community comprises highly motivated parents who are dedicated to their children's education. We genuinely appreciate and support the businesses that support us. We prioritise shopping, dining, and utilizing services within our local area. By partnering with us, you contribute to the nurturing of a strong sense of community that is crucial to all of us.

Sponsorship provides a unique opportunity to reach out to these families and promote your business. It also opens doors for potential business connections within the parent body and the broader school community. Together, we can forge valuable partnerships and strengthen the bonds within our vibrant community.

What sponsorship opportunities are available?

Local businesses and organisations have numerous avenues to support the education of our children at Davallia Primary School, by partnering with Davallia PS P&C. Our sponsorship opportunities predominantly revolve around a wide array of events held throughout the year. Events serve as the heart and soul of our school community, and we have a varied calendar of activities at Davallia Primary School!

Our events are designed to cater to our diverse and expanding demographic. This means that certain events may align exceptionally well with your business's target market. For instance, our Raffles and Family Fun Night attracts a large and inclusive audience from the local community, providing an excellent platform for reaching a broader section of the population.

Event support options

Financial sponsorship

We accept and welcome cash donations to support our events. In turn, we offer various levels of sponsorship. As part of your agreement, we may acknowledge your sponsorship by including your organisation’s name, business summary, logo and contact details in our promotion of the event. Promotion of the event may include event collateral, our P&C website, Facebook page, school newsletter or direct email marketing to our parent community. The precise scope of our sponsorship agreement is determined by the budget and size of the event, the event’s promotion plan, and your contribution.

In-kind sponsorship

In-kind sponsorship is a great way to donate to our P&C and you can do this either in part or wholly. This is perfect when we are seeking goods and services related to running an event. Sponsorship in kind could include providing marquees, event styling or other hire services. Or perhaps you can donate food and drink, or provide entertainment services? Again, this may include the publication of your logo, information and contact details on our event collateral, website, Facebook page, Instagram grid, and school newsletter depending on the level of donation.

Prize donations

We welcome the donation of raffle and auction prizes for goods and services from your business. Prize donations are a lovely way to offer your support for our school activities. In addition, you give the winner an opportunity to try out your product or service for themselves, (and tell everybody about it!). For prize donations, your business exposure is generally confined to the event day, and in ticket sales leading up to that day. From time to time, we may also feature your business logo and details on our website, Facebook page, Instagram grid, and school newsletter as determined by the event marketing plan.

Affiliations

Affiliation with Davallia PS P&C presents a unique sponsorship opportunity for businesses and organisations seeking to connect with our thriving school community. By becoming an affiliated sponsor, you gain visibility and recognition among our dedicated parents, staff, and students. Your brand will be associated with our commitment to providing quality education and support for our children.

As an affiliated sponsor, you'll have the chance to showcase your products or services through various channels, including our events, newsletters, and social media platforms. This partnership not only allows you to promote your business but also fosters a sense of community engagement as you contribute to the growth and success of our school. Join us in making a meaningful impact on the lives of our students and their families through the powerful platform of affiliation with Davallia PS P&C.

Limitations to sponsorship

It is important to be aware that the P&C is a community organisation, bound by a constitution and guidelines from the Western Australian Council of State School Organisations (WACSSO).

We make every effort to adhere to the sponsorship plan we have set out for your business. Please remember though, this is an organisation run by volunteers. We make no guarantees as to the quality or reach of any of our marketing materials, although we have made every effort to ensure our parent population and local community are well informed on all activities and events run by Davallia PS P&C.

For event sponsorship, it is important to note, that the precise nature of the event, the individual marketing plan for the event and the level of sponsorship you offer will determine the level of exposure you may receive. You can discuss these details with the individual event coordinator at the time of offering your sponsorship.
